I can't say enough good things about the company and their products! They are always very responsive with requests and ship quickly, and they donate one pendant for every one purchased. The pendant is great because it has a lobster clasp so it can be put on any chain, key ring, etc....and it is so versatile--any message in any language, plus a peace sign! I just love it!
